New document prompt: when all the
databases have new documents you don't
read, they would be showed in the main
interface. It is unnecessary for you to
find a new document in the all databases.
If you have read them, they would
disappear in the main interface after
next restarting. It is very easy indeed.
Two workflows: named Received Document
and Dispatched Document. The received
document or dispatched document can be transferred from the first user to the
second user, the second user to the third
user and so on..., according to defined
flow. The documents can be compiled with
Microsoft Word. when one user edits the
document, the edited or deleted sign can
be left in the documents. the next user
can know the places which are edited or
deleted in the Microsoft Word.
